Period homes and original plumbing
Los Feliz has a more consistent set of houses than most areas we work in. Most are Spanish Colonial Revival, Tudor, or Craftsman homes built in the 1920s and 30s. Many have been cared for above the floor, while the pipes underneath are still original.
